I’ve forgotten my password, what can I do?
You can use the “Forgot Password?” link under the login box which will send you an email with a link to choose a new password. If this is not working for you, please email support@ninaamir.com. Please note Ruth is UK based so bear in mind time difference when requesting this.
Can I change my password?
Yes you can. When signed into the platform, hover over the top right hand corner of the screen where it says “Howdy, [NAME]” and click on the “edit profile” link. Scroll down to the “Account Management” section and click the “Set New Password” button. Choose your new password (it will suggest an encrypted one for you). Scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the “Update Profile” button.
How do I update my credit card details for my subscription payments?
When logged into the site, click on the “My Account” tab in the menu. This will take you to a screen where you need to input the email address which you used to purchase the subscription and then click “Send me my link”. You will receive an email with a link to take you into your profile on our payment management software (ThriveCart). Click on the “Subscriptions” button and then the “Update Card Info” button. Complete your new card details and click “Save Changes”.
How do I cancel my subscription?
When logged into the site, click on the “My Account” tab in the menu. This will take you to a screen where you need to input the email address which you used to purchase the subscription and then click “Send me my link”. You will receive an email with a link to take you into your profile on our payment management software (ThriveCart). Click on the “Subscriptions” button and then the “View” button. Click the “Cancel Subscription” button and then confirm by clicking the “Yes, cancel my subscription” button. You will continue to have access to the course/program until the end of your current billing period. After that your access to the content is revoked and you will be removed from any relevant Facebook group and mailing list.
